Behind the Red Door

This is worth watching just for Kiefer Sutherland's amusing turn as a bitchy queen, all the more impressive for its subtlety. Kyra Sedgewick is also strong as Natalie, the photographer duped by her agent (Stockard Channing) into visiting her estranged brother Roy (Sutherland), only to discover he has AIDS. The two grow closer in this well-acted if uneventful drama.
