Interestingly, this tale of a serial arsonist is based on a true story. For six years, the mysterious criminal has been setting fire to Californian buildings, with investigator John Orr (Ray Liotta) in, ahem, hot pursuit. Fellow cop John Leguiziamo can't believe it when evidence suggests the culprit might be on the team. Twists and turns follow in this entertaining little thriller, co-starring the ever-reliable Illeana Douglas alongside Colm Feore, Cliff Curtis and Ling Bai.
