Jackie Chan stars in a romantic comedy for a change, but there still is a little fight action to spice things up. He plays a Hong Kong stockbroker who meets up with a Taiwanese visitor (Shu Qi) who's pretending to be a gangster's moll to win Chan over. Alas, the film doesn't really work that well on any level.
