Oh dear... here we go again. Same old routine, just like Piranha and endless B-Movie monster pics that have been produced for over 50 years now.

This one gives us genetically modified locusts that escape from their laboratory into the wide world.

And they'll eat anything in their path, especially farmers. So it's up to the Department of Agriculture to save the day...

The special-effects are far from special or even effective and, gory munching effects aside, this is dull sci-fi indeed.
