Although she's been acting in films regularly since the late 70's, Trini has never quite hit the big time, and has become more of a familiar face on TV and TV movies than on the big screen.

She started off on the big screen in 1977, and worked steadily throughout the 80's. Her screen credits include Sweet Lorraine, Satisfaction and Stella.

In the 90's she was cast in the hugely successful Little Women, and most recently she has starred in TV movies The Last Dance and Bitter Winter.
