Following the success of the previous Walls telefilm, this second, equally strong, effort tells three separate tales of lesbian love - in the Sixties, Seventies and the year 2000. It's a well-crafted movie that's bound to attract interest for the casting of Sharon Stone and, with its sensitive, sensible treatment of once-taboo emotions, it may even open a few minds. Emmy-winner Vanessa Redgrave is particularly good in the moving first story, about a woman 'widowed' when her life partner dies.
