Yet another stir of the airborne disaster mix. And none of the ingredients come up fresh. This time around it's a spoilt brat of a 13-year-old who gets to do a heroic deed - landing a disabled plane - with, of course, help and hindrance from all the usual quarters. Elisha Cuthbert (from the TV series 24) whinges and bitches quite effectively as the teenager who decides that the best thing to do with a jammed autopilot is to bash it with a baseball bat. The poor unfortunate who plays the girl's mega-rich tycoon dad is Joe Mantegna where was bis brain when he read the script? Full of technical howlers, this one is a disaster through and through.
