This is a British crime thriller which proves that we can be as tough and brutal as anything to come out of Hollywood. Oliver Reed gives one of his violent brooding performances as Harry Lomart, who breaks out of jail in order to wreak vengeance on his unfaithful wife. The tension builds up rapidly with the prison break and never lets up as Reed carves a path of violence and mayhem through London.
