A contrived, disappointing knockabout comedy with an irritating star comedy turn by Chris Kattan as the effeminate title character, the son of a Mafia head honcho (a typecast and wasted Peter Falk), who has to go undercover in the FBI to destroy the evidence against his father. Vinessa Shaw doesn't have much fun either as a fellow agent on Kattan's slapstick mission that offers a few chuckles amid the many plot holes and misfiring gags.
