Jonathan Liebesman

Born: Johannesburg, South Africa

Liebesman's debut feature was the Australian chiller Darkness Falls.

A graduate of the South African School of Film, he went on to study at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

He first came to attention with his award-winning short Genesis and Catastrophe.
