Barbara Stanwyck stars as Victoria Barkley in another dated feature-length episode spun off from her much-loved, long-running Sixties Western TV series. In this one, the Barkleys offer sanctuary to a renegade Mexican general (Nehemiah Persoff) who is on the run. But it transpires that the general has been falsely accused of his crime, so the family band together to protect him when their ranch is raided by men trying to seize him. The Big Valley ran from 1965 to 1969.
