This film is a must see, its story is great and Denzel Washington was made for this part. The ending is great its one of those films you will want to watch over and over again and bring tears to you eyes. The film is full of action but great for the girls to watch as well. I would recommend this film to anyone!

I really thought it was a great film with Denzel and Walken showing great performances as well as Dakota Fanning showing that she's a real star in the making. The action was good and the direction by Tony Scott is exactly what the movie needed. A must see.

Top quality thriller from Tony Scott. Washington is blistering, Walken is perfect, Fanning is just how kids should be in films. Rahda Mitchell slinks across the screen. Washington's zero tolerance approach to disptaching the kidnappers is brutal, but never gratuitous. The camera work is great, the script fab and the use of subtitles is brilliant. Go and see. You'll never see a car cigarette lighter in the same way again.

An excellent film that's well worth watching. Denzil Washington is at his best here, and the rest of the cast are equal to his talent, and the ending will have you in tears. Treat yourself - go watch this movie!

Not just your run of the mill action flick. A nice story that doesn't jump straight into the action and isn't immediately obvious. Tony Scott's difficult yet stunning visual sense will make it hard for some to take on board but give it a chance becuase it really is beautiful looking.
