The Terminal
Tom Hanks puts in a sterling performance as a stranded traveller in Spielberg's tale - which would have been improbable had it not been based on a true story.
This was a very good film. Spielberg has made a Masterpiece. The only trouble though is the somewhat useless Zeta- Jones character. Hanks is at his best. I found it very heart warming too. Well Done Stevey Boy.

I didn't think a film about a man residing in an airport terminal would be plausible, however on my bosses recommendation I went along. The film confirmed my boss knows as little about good entertainment as he does about modern motivational techniques and man management. Stay in and clip your toenails instead!

I wasn't sure what to expect of the film before watching it, but all I can say is, fantastic! Tom Hanks delivers another exquisite performance and the airport staff he befriends are just classic, in particular Gupta and the romantic dinner scene, I don't think I have laughed so hard for ages!! If you are looking for an easy to watch, comedy/love story then this is the film for you, a definite must-see movie!

The plot was so thin and cheesy it could double up as a pizza topping.

I loved this flim, I've never been a big Tom Hanks fan but I am now, the expressions on his face were done with such emotion that he made me want to cry, the characters were great and well played, all apart from Zeta-Jones who did let the side down. But overall a great film to warm the cockles!

I really like this movie, despite the somehow useless story with Catherine Zeta-Jones.I found it funny and Tom Hanks is simply perfect.

This film is terminally ill. The true story should have been better represented. Mr Hanks can be wonderful but can also be the most frustrating actor in movies. The plot is good, the writing dreadful, the acting little better. My local airport host is better equiped to be in this movie.

Had high expectations of this film and was extremely disappointed. The focus was blurred with slapstick-like humour combined with a weak love interest. Yes there are funny moments, but I feel the film struggled for a clear purpose - drama, romance or humour. It left us feeling it achieved none. Tom Hanks, as always, is superb but Catherine Zeta-Jones is totally unconvincing.
