William Moseley

The actor is best known for the role of Peter, the oldest Pevensie sibling in the Chronicles of Narnia.
The son of Julie Fleming and cinematographer Peter Moseley, he is the eldest of three children and attended Sheepscombe Primary School in the Cotswolds.
He states he wanted to be an actor from the age of ten and his first role was a minor part in the TV adaptation of Mr Chips.
(he unsuccessfully auditioned for the role of Harry Potter, which went to Daniel Radcliffe).
He went on to be an extra in the Laurie Lee adaptation Cider With Rose (which was set close to where he was born).
However, his big break came when he was cast as Peter - beating off the challenge of thousands of other hopefuls - in 2005's The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.
William completed his A-level studies in Media, English and Drama and moved to New York to study acting under Sheila Gray.
He trained at the famous Gleeson's gym in Brooklyn in preparation for filming 2008's The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.
