Madagascar
In a cartoon caper aimed squarely at little monkeys, four zoo animals from New York find wild adventures - and lots of lemurs - when they wash up on a tropical beach. David Scwhimmer, Chris Rock and Ben Stiller are the latest stars to lend their vocals to the CGI cartoon revolution...
Fantastic, light-hearted, funny, off-beat, contemporary animation with excellent casting!
James North
What can I say this is so much better then Shark Tale. BRILLIANT all the way through.
Rebecca Bentley
Madagascar is a great movie. It's my number one. Alex is cool, Melman is smart, Gloria is a bit chubby and Marty is super cool.
Shane Christie
Brillant! Animation can only be a bit better then this. It was just so funny, fantastic and wild that the Penguins show get their own spin-off T.V show. "Cute And Cuddly Boys, Cute And Cuddly". I loved it so very much.
James Smith
Just about right with the review, the film is appealing to young children - though dont expect it to be remembered with Shrek or The Incredibles class - the penguins are the class act, the greatest characters in a just above average film.

Being 19 you would think that a movie like Madagascar would not be my kind of film. How wrong you are! This film was fantastic from beginning to end and had me laughing out loud in the cinema, truly a must see movie for people of all ages!
Christopher Davie
This is an entertaining romp, from the makers of Shrek. This time the setting is a very different set around the story of exotic animals in the zoo. One of them is tired of his boring yet rewarding life and longs to return to the wild, then after a midnight stroll the next thing you know they are being shipped to a reserve and this is when the fun begins. There are loads of jokes throughout including Stillers character striking the blue steel pose from the Zoolander movie. Beware the penguins.
Andrew Gofton
One word - fantastic all the way!
Trevor Trower
I thought this was an entertaining movie although it does not have the same energy and emotion as 'The Lion King' for example. Still a good laugh and some very funny characters such as the Lemur chief and the Zebra.
