Demi Moore is rumoured to be dating young Hollywood hunk Ashton Kutcher.

The pair had previously been seen dining and dancing together in New York and now they have shared an intimate dinner in a private room of LA restaurant Dolce.

Moore, 40, will soon be seen playing a villain in Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle while 25-year-old Kutcher starred in the movie Just Married and appears on telly hits That 70's Show.

Representatives of Demi and Ashton would not comment on the nature of their relationship.

KEANU'S DAD ISSUE

The estranged father of Matrix Reloaded star Keanu Reeves has described his sadness at being cut out of his son's life.

Samuel Reeves left the family when Keanu was a kid and has since served time in jail for selling heroin and remains a self-described drug addict.

"I haven't seen Keanu in 24 years and it hurts. When I was in prison I wrote to him but he never wrote back. Then when his band was playing in Honolulu near where I used to get my methadone, I dropped off a note with my number and didn't get a response."

Samuel, 60, hasn't yet seen the Matrix Reloaded explaining: "I'm waiting until the crowd thing dies down."

Jennifer Love Hewitt has found love with another actor - this time Rules of Attraction star Kip Pardue.

They were spotted at a baseball game in Los Angeles - kissing throughout the match between the LA Dodgers and Atlanta Braves.

Kip is originally from Atlanta but seemed more passionate about his date than his team.

SHYAMALAN EYES THIRD CREEPER

Signs and Sixth Sense director M. Night Shyamalan has announced his next projects.

He will make creepy thriller The Woods starring Joaquin Phoenix, Ashton Kutcher and Kirsten Dunst.

The movie, shooting this autumn, will be about mythical creatures living in the woods around a close knit community.

DANES REGRETS RAGE

Claire Danes sounds like she regrets making a cameo appearance in boyfriend Ben Lee's debut movie The Rage In Placid Lake.

The actress who next stars in Terminator 3 felt out of place in the Australian indie flick.

She said: "I don't think I should have done it. There I am with my goofy American accent in the middle of all these Australians. It's just weird."
