Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed that "evidence" had been seized from the home of photographer John Rutter but declined to say what was found.
There were few details available as to the contents of the photographs, but in a statement to 'Inside Edition', Rutter described them as "beautiful," and said he took the photographs well before Diaz's big break in the 1994 film The Mask.
