Diaz Topless Snapper Charged

Cameron Diaz has won her case over an LA photographer who took topless pictures of the star when she was a struggling actress.

John Rutter, who was charged with trying to extort over £2m from Diaz, claimed she signed a contr

But the Charlie's Angels star said the signature had been forged.

Rutter has been charged with attempted extortion, attempted grand theft and perjury as well as two counts of forgery.

A judge had previously ordered that the photos and a videotape of Diaz should not be released until after any court case.

The news comes as Cameron's 22-year-old singer boyfriend Justin Timberlake went public with his love for the 30-year-old former model.

After going to a concert together, the couple were pictured walking hand-in-hand through the streets of New York.

The pair are believed to have started dating in May when they were introduced at the Nickelodeon Kids Awards in LA and Diaz joined Justin for much of his American tour.
