A follow-up to 'Nosferatu the Vampyre', this has the same kind of eerie atmosphere, but less credibility. Klaus Kinski is back as the man with the miniature tusks, while Christopher Plummer and Donald Pleasence lend additional star value as ineffectual vampire hunters. The ending is annoyingly inconclusive, but Kinski's performance and a screeching score by Vangelis and Luigi Ceccarelli do their best to bolster the chills.
