This vehicle for tenor Luciano Pavarotti runs like one of Mario Lanza's lesser films. The singer does everything from a deeply moving performance of 'Nessun Dorma', to a rendition of 'If We Were in Love' while sailing over the California wine country in a hot-air balloon. It's about as embarrassing as most vehicles for non-acting showbiz personalities, but here the consolation is that Pavarotti does sing a lot.
