Relishing sending himself up, Vincent Price overacts gloriously as a hammy Shakespearean actor who takes diabolical revenge on his critics in this over-the-top horror comic. Diana Rigg isn't far behind as his loopy daughter and a Brit star cast of victims includes Ian Hendry, Arthur Lowe, Dennis Price and Robert Morley. Gory, bad-taste entertainment, it's often hilarious with a rush of ingenious murders.
