Blair Underwood

Underwood first came to attention in America as passionate lawyer Jonathan Rollins in hit TV series LA Law.
His big-screen debut was a minor role in 1985's Krush Groove and he subsequently appeared in the short The Second Coming, which he also directed.
Next up he played a sheriff in Posse, a death row inmate in Just Cause, a corporate banker in Get It Off and a geneticist in the sci-fi classic Gattaca.
Higher profile roles came as a marine captain in William Friedkin's Rules of Engagement, for which he received a NAACP image award, and the sci-fi thriller Deep Impact.
Recent work has included Steven Soderbergh's Full Frontal and the Great Gatsby-esqe G with Richard T Jones.
Upcoming projects include his feature directorial debut, the supernatural thriller My Soul To Keep.
