A familiar B-movie plot line about the strange comings and goings of a new tenant in an apartment block is the basis of this average suspense thriller. C Thomas Howell stars as a photographer who begins to have doubts about his new neighbour (Jeff Fahey, two years before he made The Lawnmower Man), particularly as the previous tenant had died in mysterious circumstances. Sadly, any mystery about Fahey's character is ruined by a script that reveals its hand too early. Courteney Cox (Friends) has a supporting role.
