When an undercover agent is shot dead a massive manhunt is set up to track down his assumed killer, Gus Farace (Tony Danza), a small-time drug dealer. Meanwhile another search for Farace is set up by Mob boss Bruno Zambetti, who wants him silenced before he can talk to the authorities. This fairly routine thriller is nevertheless quite exciting as you don't know who's going to get to Danza first. Indeed it's not even clear that he shot the cop in the first place. Danza, best known for his comedy roles in Taxi and Who's The Boss? , convinces as the crook caught in the middle, seemingly with nowhere to run. Samuel L Jackson, now in leading film roles, co-stars.
