Billy Zane plays Rick Morgan, an American mining expert who is the only man who can track down a lethal shipment of toxic waste that has gone AWOL. But there is more to the deadly cargo than meets the eye and Morgan soon finds himself embroiled in a civil war-torn African nation with mercenaries and government officials all around fighting for power and money. It's nothing new and the interesting cast - which includes Robert Downey Jr and Ron 'I'm not always a villain you know? ' Silver - do their best with the somewhat confusing and action-by-numbers script. Fairly rubbishy, then, but action and locations give it a bit of a boost.
