Embarrassingly unsuccessful romantic comedy, of interest only to those who fancy seeing what Courteney Cox can do outside of Friends. Not much, on this evidence. She's a 'WASP' girl courted by a Jewish boy (Arye Gross) in one of those films where the characters keep addressing their thoughts to the camera. The cast tries to sparkle but flat champagne is the only result in a tedious caper that seems much longer than it is.
