This car-chase action film may be fast and furious and have a strong cast (Tommy Lee Jones, Linda Hamilton, Robert Vaughn and Richard Jaeckel), but it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Indeed it makes progressively less sense as the plot unfolds. We nearly said unravelled, but something has to be ravelled before you can unravel it! Anyway, it's about this thief (Jones) who acquires the evidence to put a gang of criminals away. Before their henchmen can get to him, he hides his evidence in an experimental car. But the supercar is then stolen before Jones can recover the goods. To go into more detail would only confuse you! Still, the film is undeniably exciting, so if you can accept the stupidity of it all, you can at least enjoy the car chases.
