"You're never too old to have some fun" is the message of this gentle romantic comedy. Our heroines (Olympia Dukakis, Ellen Burstyn, Diane Ladd), a trio of grey haired fifty-somethings, sharp tongued Jewish widows, meet each week to visit the graves of their husbands - until the day a stranger (Danny Aiello) appears at the cemetery. There's lots of 'Golden Girls' style squabbles, with the quality cast delivering some acid sharp lines. A touching, sweet natured romance.
