A group of student nurses attempts to save the lives of survivors of a plane crash in the Mexican jungle.

Not only are there injured colleagues to help but local drug dealers steal all the medical supplies from the downed plane.

It's up to Dr Daniel Perrin (Robert Loggia) and Elizabeth Hahn (Lindsay Wagner) to hold the group together and keep them working.

This made-for-TV drama maintains tension throughout and Loggia and Wagner both give strong performances.

A straightforward but solidly-made drama that also gave Jennifer Lopez one of her first film chances.
