Renaming Of Diaz
Cameron gets a native American name...Cameron Diaz has been given a native Indian name after tracing her ancestry, oh and spending over £7,000 on traditional gear from an Apache designer.
Ms Diaz went to David Jet Black Horse's studio to pick herself up some new moccasins and leather belts and bags and came out with a new name as well.
In a move that will make Kevin Costner proud, she can now wear those moccasins with pride.
Firedancer, as she's now known to some, can trace her native American roots on her mother's side, but had never adopted an alternative name.
The Apache designer, David Jet Black Horse, couldn't believe that the Charlie's Angels star was nameless, despite her heritage claim to the Blackfeet nation in Montana:
"She never had an Indian name before, so I called her Firedancer because it's so perfect for her.

(Good job Justine Timberlake hadn't had a sly word with Jet Black Horse after the storming out of club episode last week because Cameron was shaking her booty with someone else on the dancefloor.)
But it wasn't all about Firedancer spending lots of money on accessories and receiving a new name in compensation.
It went much deeper than that, as David Jet Black Horse explained:
"She got emotional. We all did. She really liked it. It's so cool."
Watch the credits after Cameron's next film to see if she adopts Firedancer as her stage name.
