A real grade Z movie this, in every sense, the kind of film that has no business going anywhere but straight to video. God knows what the title means, but the story has bimbo-happy cop Michael Madsen trying to track down a boxing serial killer (Gary Stretch), with the help of a reporter (Lisa Bonet) who's the first girl in ages not to actually lie down immediately before the cop's monolithic advances. Madsen is no second Kirk Douglas here, nor even William Bendix, but he's a lot better than Bonet and Stretch in what must be one of the worst-performed movies in quite a while. And, true to form, the serial killer escapes death, only to come back for a final confrontation with the detective when you or I would be half-way to another continent.
