David Haig

Actor and playwright Haig is a familiar face on British TV as well as the stage.

His film career has included "palatial house flunkey" in Morons From Outer Space before he arrived at his best remembered part - the groom in Four Weddings and a Funeral.

Small parts followed in Second Chance and Rachel's Attic before he reunited with Grant to play his brother in Two Weeks Notice also with Sandra Bullock.

His numerous televison credits include Alan Bennett's Talking Heads, Soldier Soldier and Ben Elton's Thin Blue Line.

Haig has also written two stage plays for the Hampstead Theatre and is working on a TV adaptation of The Good Samaritan.
