Bury Me in Niagara

The always appealing - and dotty-seeming - Jean Stapleton amuses as a meddlesome ghost who wants her son to rebury her in Niagara (as you do) in this very lightweight, but still welcome, supernatural caper comedy. There's just a slight whiff of desperation about the over-busy script and frenzied performances that spoils an otherwise commendable effort with an ideal, well-taken role for the star. Original US title: Ghost Mom.
