In this fact-based drama, Shanna Reed plays the mother of a 14-year-old girl (the unfortunately named LuAnne Ponce) who is being stalked by an obsessed admirer. When the police reveal they have no power to act, Shanna feels forced to take the law into her own hands and mounts a campaign to outlaw stalking. Fair to middling rendition of a theme now becoming grindingly familiar. Up-and-coming Paul Rudd has a supporting role.
