Harley Jane Kozak plays a bored wife who strikes a deal with her unattached friend Elizabeth McGovern to seduce her high-school sweetheart (Ken Wahl) and spill the beans afterwards. This contrived kiss-and-tell romantic comedy at least has a novel premise and a bright cast to get it over the bumps in the plot and the hiccups in the dialogue. Star-spotters will want to see Brad Pitt in an early role: though this was released in 1994, it was made in 1991 just before his stardom with A River Runs Through It.
