The former Prom Queen has provided solid support in the likes of Nixon, Pleasantville and Uptown Girls.
The daughter of a film director and former singer, she was one of four sisters and raised in Eagle Rock, California.
She made her feature debut in Lawrence Kasdan's ensemble crime drama Grand Canyon and and went on to work in TV movies, including In The Line of Duty: Ambush in Waco.
In 1995, she played Tricia Nixon in Oliver Stone's controversial biopic Nixon with Anthony Hopkins and fantasy drama Warriors of Virtue.
Minor roles followed in Pleasantville, Never Been Kissed, The Bachelor and the horror thriller Valentine.
She starred alongside Eric Mabius in the comedy On The Borderline and alonside Ron Eldward in the rom-com Just A Kiss.
Subsequent appearances include Eric Caan's directorial debut Dallas 362 and the lame comedy Uptown Girls with Britanny Murphy.
Recent work includes the drama Grand Theft Parsons with Johnny Knoxville and Christina Applegate.
