The Lone Rangers are an unsigned rock band and, even though they have tried, they can't get a record contract.

So in desperation, lead singer Chazz (Brendan Fraser) walks into a record company to try and give its boss, Jimmie Wing (Judd Nelson), their demo tape.

But it doesn't work and he is thrown out. When he goes home and tells his girlfriend Kayla (Amy Locane) it's the final straw and she kicks him out.

So he decides to stay with the other members of the band in their pit of an apartment - Rex (Steve Buscemi), who works in a toy shop and pool-cleaner, Pip (Adam Sandler).

They conduct a plan and break into the local rock radio station to try and play their song.

But like everything else in their lives, it doesn't go to plan...

Airheads is a fun flim, with lots of little sub plots and side stories to keep you interested. You don't have to be an airhead or a rock 'n' roll lover to enjoy it - there is something for everyone here.
