Kurt Wimmer

Wimmer made his directorial debut with Equilibrium, based on his own original vision of a sci-fi world.

Wimmer graduated from the University of South Florida in 1987 with a degree in Art History. From there, he travelled to Los Angeles where he worked as a screenwriter.

He worked on a number of films including The Thomas Crown Affair, Sphere and The Recruit.
