This Welsh black comedy, directed by Kevin Allen (whose brother Keith makes a gross-out cameo) follows the madness of two twin brothers (Llyr Evans and Rhys Ifans) as they speed around Swansea upsetting the locals until a bizarre accident sends them on the hunt for vengeance. It's wacky, it's mad, but in the end more unsavoury than amusing, as its unpleasant characters are let loose on a plot that gets more absurd by the minute.
