A pretty good variation on the nice-neighbours-turning-nasty theme. Anna (Nicollette Sheridan) is the single mother of three young daughters, and she's beset by all the usual single mum's problems, plus a martinet of a mother (Faye Dunaway). So she is much relieved when her new neighbours (Michael O'Keefe and Tracy Ellis) are friendly and helpful towards her and the girls. But not for long... This is good, tense entertainment, with Sheridan believable as Anna and O'Keefe producing a splendid psychopath. You'll be choking on your cocoa.
