Steven Seagal fans should enjoy this action thriller in which he plays a lighter-than-usual role, as a bead-wearing, meditating (but still kung-fu kicking) detective who teams up with no-nonsense cop Keenen Ivory Wayans to track a serial killer.

Fists and feet fly as the Russian Mafia get involved, but this a routine production with the feel of a Seventies TV series.
