A made-for-video gem, this joyful colourful wish-fulfilment fantasy is taken from the Ray Bradbury play and screenwriten by Bradbury himself. Set in a poor Mexican-American LA suburb on a hot summers's night, it tells the affectionate tale of how lives are changed when five men all of the same build share the wearing of their dream ice-cream coloured suit. Joe Mantegna stars with Esai Morales and Edward James Olmos, and there's a small role for Sid Caesar, hilarious as the tailor who sells the suit. With heart and humour, and a strong message about friendship, it's perfect family viewing.
