Despite an impressive cast including Rob Lowe, James Belushi and Dean Stockwell, this thriller is an embarrasing mess and a waste of the talent involved. Lowe plays an architect who travels to California to complete a job for a millionaire but finds himself being stalked by a deranged killer. The idea sounds promising, but the writers show little inventiveness and the whole thing is strangled by its own clichés.
