A weird Australian flop satire centring on the attempts of a pair of rival scientists (David Wenham and Frances O'Connor) to get money from an eccentric politician (Geoffrey Rush), unaware that he is a Satanist. The acting talent's here, but the script's just not funny and it can't do much with what's a pretty unpromising idea. There won't be many smiles at this one - at least on this side of the hemisphere.
