Ready for takeoff for yet another terror-in-the-air movie... This time, jilted lover Mark Lee (of Gallipoli fame) puts a toxic bomb linked to a music-box timer on a Jumbo jet and, with the help of Ernie Hudson in the control tower, the captain (Jack Wagner) has to land the plane in an hour to save the 300 passengers. Despite the cliches and cardboard characters, it's a entirely enjoyable flight, with plenty of action and decent acting. The movie's aerial scenes are taken from Kurt Russell's 1996 film Executive Decision, so the two 747s share the name Oceanic.
