Also known as Where's Mommy Now, this is just a below-par variation on the nanny/au pair-from-hell theme. Here we have Janine (Lydie Denier), taken on by doctor's wife Melanie (Kathleen Quinlan) to look after the children. Of course, all seems fine at first... With a quality cast - including Alex McArthur (as Melanie's husband), Teri Garr (as the reliable family friend who smells a rat) and Hector Elizondo (as the 'tec who has to sort everything out) - you would expect something pretty entertaining. But the script doesn't give them much of a chance. The Hand That Rocks the Cradle did it all far more effectively.
