She enrolled at modelling school when she was 15 and went on to work as a catwalk model for Elizabeth Arden and Versace.
She first appeared on the big screen as herself in Douglas Keeve’s 1995 fashion documentary Unzipped and went on to co-host MTV's House of Style.
In 2000, She landed the female lead opposite James LeGros in Stacy Cochran’s Drop Back Ten, which screened at the Sundance Film Festival.
The same year she appeared alongside Michelle Pfeiffer and Harrison Ford in the chiller What Lies Beneath and the Nicolas Cage comedy-fantasy The Family Man.
Subsequent appearances ranged from Hysteria: The Def Leppard Story to the family comedy Max Keeble's Big Move.
In 2003, she appeared in the comedy Our House and played the role of glamorous Allegra Cole in the comedy Hitch.
Recent work includes the role of action heroine Audrey Billings in Transporter 2.
