Portly Oliver Platt, who's stolen so many scenes from the stars, scores again in this (very) lowbrow wrestling comedy written by 'Mighty Ducks' scripter Steven Brill. Nothing very brill about this screenplay though, which lands many a low blow but scarcely touches the funnybone on its way to the canvas. The movie runs like a sporting 'Night at the Roxbury' with a much better cast: David Arquette and Scott Caan, first encountered emptying out porta-potties for a living, are the witless twosome determined to restore Platt to his wrestling throne after he's been toppled in a rare unfixed fight. And there are good turns from Rose McGowan, Martin Landau, Joe Pantoliano and Kathleen Freeman.
