Kyle MacLachlan is uncomfortably cast but still stalwart as ever as IRA terrorist-turned-mercenary Sean Dillon, hired to track down Hitler's the plans for the Fourth Reich before they fall into the hands of neo-Nazis, led by lip-smacking villain John Colicos. This hard-to-believe, but fast-moving and occasionally surprising action thriller suffers mainly from the writer's problem in sorting out the muddled plotlines in a cliché-ridden script, based on a novel by Jack Higgins. Passable, time-filling entertainment. Pascale Bussières makes a fetching heroine and effective foil for MacLachlan.
