A child prodigy who could tapdance at the age of two, country singer LeAnn Rimes stars as herself in this biopic based on her life and her dreams of singing at Nashville's legendary Grand Ole Opry. The year she made this movie she was a mere 15 years old, but was already a big country star, showered with awards, and her number How Do I Live topped Billboard Magazine's Hot 100 Chart for 69 weeks. OK, this is a standard, sugary, 'feel-good' biography, but for country fans the music is great. Co-starring Bernadette Peters as singer Faith Shawn.
